Exceptional welcome and family-oriented atmosphere. the staff provided a travel cot, high chair, and toys for our little ones, making our stay hassle-free. the kitchen facilities were outstanding and well-stocked. the spacious house had a charming Chinese theme. Our kids loved getting to know Vanessa, who was delightful. Highly recommended for families!
TV reception wasn't great, especially if you're traveling with children. being located on a working farm meant there were occasional smells and activity, although it didn't bother us personally.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful and well, equipped house. Avoca Lodge provided everything I needed and more. the cleanliness was top, notch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was a peaceful environment, and I especially loved the amazing shower in the en, suite. the main bathroom was also spacious, with a big deep bath and a separate shower. I couldn't find any faults, and I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again. the host, Vanessa, was exceptional and very family, oriented. She provided a travel cot, high chair, and lots of toys for my children. the kitchen was fantastic, and the whole house had a lovely Chinese theme.
Almost perfect! Just a suggestion: a blind for the kitchen window and curtains for the front door would be a nice addition.

Perfect for our toddler to run around and great value for money. The landlady was helpful and cute, providing a fantastic base to explore Belfast.
The only thing that could make the food for breakfast better is a wider variety of options.
